RESILIENCE IDENTITY CONFIDENCE MENTAL PERFORMANCE

Mental Performance Coaching is all about training the mind like you train the body.
At Rings of Growth, we help athletes build the mental edge they need to thrive on the field and beyond. Everything we do is built around the Rings of Growth core system: Awareness, Focus, and Recovery.
When athletes develop these three areas, they grow in how they think, lead, and show up in every part of life.

This isn’t just mindset talk.
It’s real growth that shows up in how your athlete performs, competes, and lives. Our athletes walk away more focused, more confident, and better equipped to handle pressure.
Here’s what we help build:

Resilience
Develop the mental toughness to push through adversity, bounce back from failure, and stay competitive.

Identity
Great athletes know who they are, on and off the field. We help build a strong sense of self so confidence isn’t tied to wins, stats, or the opinions of others.

Focus & Confidence
Our strategies build real confidence that holds steady when the stakes are highest.

Mental Recovery
We teach recovery techniques that keep our athletes mentally ready and physically locked in for every practice, game, or match.

This isn’t just mindset talk.
Real growth shows up in how your athlete performs, competes, and lives. Our athletes walk away more focused, more confident, and better equipped to handle pressure.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Coach Bryan over the past few years. He brought not only incredible knowledge and skill as a strength coach, but also a deep understanding of the mental side of competing at a high level. Our high school son, a competitive volleyball player, had specific goals both physically and mentally. Thanks to Coach Bryan, he made meaningful progress in both areas.
We were especially touched by how invested Coach Bryan became ( and still is ) not only in our son's progress, but his journey a an athlete and a person Any athlete would be lucky to work with him.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
During my junior year (2022), I met Bryan at "The Spot" in Dublin, Ohio. I was trying to improve my strength for wrestling and had been going there for 6 months working with other trainers. I had made some gains, but was missing the mental aspect of having someone push me to my limits. After my first workout with Bryan, I knew he was going to be that person.
Bryan has the unique gift of being extremely friendly and kind while also making me push past what I thought was possible. He made me fall in love with working out.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
This coaching has changed the future I saw in my sport. It has been incredibly helpful in giving me the confidence to play my sport, but it has also helped me understand why I play my sport. I would recommend this coaching to anyone struggling in their sport career and possibly wanting to find meaning to their athletic lives.

Meet Coach Bryan
Founder, Rings of Growth | Mental Performance Coach
I’ve spent my life chasing peak performance in the gym, on the field, and on the stage. I started with collegiate baseball, where I first learned the discipline of competitive sports. From there, I stepped under the lights in bodybuilding and powerlifting, understanding the true meaning of strength and precision. Eventually, I got the chance to truly test my limits by competing in Power X at the Arnold Classic and taking on the challenge of Ninja Warrior.
Performance wasn’t just something I did. It became who I was.
But at 26, everything changed. I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, a rare neuromuscular disease that stripped away the physical strength I had built over a lifetime. That moment forced me to rebuild from the inside out.
What started as a personal battle became a deeper mission: mastering the mental game. Not just to return to performance but to reclaim who I was.
With a degree in Exercise Science and masters degrees in Exercise Physiology + Sport Psychology, I now coach athletes through the same mindset shifts that helped me rebuild. I help them sharpen their focus, develop real mental toughness, and perform under pressure—on and off the field.
